We Are Still Here

Both Michelle and Michael keep moving forward with new art and good social distancing practices. Although we both work at home these days we visit the gallery regularly. There is some business, Michael is preparing to ship a large commission he recently completed, all transportation done via bicycle, at least to the Fed Ex location.

The gallery is full of art, some of which is visible from the sidewalk.

Late Night Andersonville - Friday, December 6, 2019

Join us on Friday, December 6 from 6 until 9pm for 'Late Night Andersonville'. Shops throughout the neighborhood will be hosting special events and Las Manos will be decked out for the weekend. The gallery has been low on inventory from Michelle for a few months now. But she is back from Puerto Rico and in the studio. She also brought back a few pieces from Michigan this weekend. Two spectacular ones pictured here.

Jessie Mott - New Drawings - Friday, August 23, 2019 - 6 to 9pm

   On Friday, August 23rd Las Manos will be showing new drawings by Jessie Mott. Please join us from 6 to 9pm for a reception to celebrate Jessie's new work. 
   Jessie once again engages her exceptional drawings skills to summon 'creatures' that evoke whimsy and nightmares in the same drawing. Her use of mixed media and her skillful color sense is always impressive. It will be a casual presentation. The drawings will be unframed and tacked on the wall but the range of inventiveness is astonishing.

Michelle has somewhat cleaned her slate here in the gallery. So for the most part everything she brings into the gallery now moving forward is brand new work. Late Night Andersonville is happening this coming Friday, the 7th of December and Las Manos thought we would throw a little party to celebrate the winter season.
